Care Oversight Visits provide independent, nurse-led check-ins designed to give you a clear, objective picture of your loved one’s day-to-day care. Visits are conducted at varied days and times to reflect real conditions, not just what is seen during scheduled or expected visits. We try to go during "off times" when staffing is likely to be low, administration staff are not around, and we can spot hidden issues and problems.

During each visit, a licensed nurse evaluates your loved one’s overall condition, environment, and general care indicators. This includes observations related to cleanliness, positioning, responsiveness of staff, engagement, and any visible changes or concerns. Following each visit, you receive a detailed written report outlining observations, clinical insight, and clear recommendations so you can make informed decisions and take appropriate action if needed.
